BELLEVUE YOUTH COUNCIL
For middle and high schoolers that live or go to school in Bellevue
The Bellevue Youth Council consists of about 50-60 high school and middle school youth that either live or go to school in Bellevue. The BYC is a membership body of the Youth Link that provides various youth programs, leadership roles for youth, and opportunities to plan community service projects through Action Teams (small groups) and special events.

For youth interested in joining, they must submit an online application and be able to meet twice monthly
